What’s your favourite For­mula One team?

Mercedes. I love this car brand for its unique de­sign and pu­rity of the lines.

Which For­mula One driver would you like to drive you around?

I would be very happy to be driven around by Lewis Hamil­ton. Not only is he one of the best drivers in the world but he is also a very loyal client of the Ja­panese restau­rant Yoshi. We would talk about cars and gas­tron­omy, ob­vi­ously!

What would be your dream car?

I have al­ways dreamt of own­ing a clas­sic Porsche 911.

What dish should ev­ery­one try dur­ing the Grand Prix?

Ev­ery­one should dis­cover or re­dis­cover the world fa­mous ‘purée’ while en­joy­ing a unique view on one of the most im­pres­sive turns on the track from the ter­race of the restau­rant Joël Robu­chon.

What is your favourite drink?

The spe­cial Grand Prix cock­tail in the Hô­tel Metropole lobby bar is al­ways great.
