LES PERLES DE MONTE CARLO
One of Principality’s best kept secrets – and one of its best seafood restaurants. The brains behind it are biologists from Brittany, Brice Cachia and Frederic Rouxeville. They set up an oyster farm in the port of Fontvieille in 2011, and the restaurant soon followed. Fantastically fresh food – including oysters, lobsters, prawns, sea bass and clams – is served alfresco, allowing diners to take in some breathtaking views, including the Prince’s Palace, which is perched on the cliff top above.
