One of Prin­ci­pal­ity’s best kept se­crets – and one of its best seafood restau­rants. The brains be­hind it are bi­ol­o­gists from Brit­tany, Brice Cachia and Fred­eric Roux­eville. They set up an oys­ter farm in the port of Fontvieill­e in 2011, and the restau­rant soon fol­lowed. Fan­tas­ti­cally fresh food – in­clud­ing oys­ters, lob­sters, prawns, sea bass and clams – is served al­fresco, al­low­ing din­ers to take in some breath­tak­ing views, in­clud­ing the Prince’s Palace, which is perched on the cliff top above.
