MENTON

CONCIERGE – The F1 Inside Track - - BEYOND THE TRACK | EXPLORE -

Menton is so famous for its lemons it has a three-week festival celebrating them in early spring, but its many botanical gardens – including the olive and lemon groves at La Citronneraie – are worth a visit any time of the year. Legend has it that Adam and Eve brought lemons to Menton after they fled the Garden of Eden – by the modern era they were so abundant they were the mainstay of the local economy.
