BUSTRONOME A Gastronomic Journey Un voyage gastronomique

It is a great and gourmet way to visit the French capital on board a double decker bus outfitted with a panoramic roof and within which fine cuisine is served. Bustronome has been travelling through the streets of Paris since 2014, offering a luxury ambiance and a fine tasting menu to patrons looking for a unique way to take in the city. As the bus, equipped with an audio-guided tour in nine languages, wends its way past the major sites like the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame and the Louvre, guests are served a gastronomic meal in four courses for lunch or six for dinner, and recently a brunch on Sundays. You can opt for wine pairings for each course or not and all of the menus can be adapted for any special requests from gluten-free to vegan. Seasonal and market based cuisine, expertly prepared by the chef Sébastien Nicolleau, is served in style with the menu changing every two months. The Bustronome embodies a new approach to French cuisine, bistronomie, a combination of carefully prepared gourmet dishes by a fine chef coupled with the simplicity and conviviality of a Parisian bistrot.

The tours can be customized.
