I went to Venice for the first time for the Biennale in 2011. It was the first year Bangladesh had participated. Two of the major works from that pavilion are now in my collection. The city itself is inspiring and the only place in the world where you can go around in a boat and experience forward-thinking exhibitions from around the world. Okwui Enwezor's central pavilion - I can't wait to see how he envisions all the world's futures and to see Philippe Parreno as well as Naeem Mohaiemen and Raqs Media Collective's new commissions.

I look forward to seeing Danh Vo's show at Palazzo Grassi.

I also look forward to the Norwegian Pavilion my team member Katya Garcia-Anton has curated a great show with Camille Norment. I collect sound works. That is why I'm eager to see this show which will focus on sound and its relationship to the body.
