SHOULDER PLAY
This season, creative duo Lazaro Hernandez and Jack McCollough are offering a style study that rests entirely on the shoulder line. Thirty-five silhouettes where fabrics seem to defy gravity, where knits nonchalantly unravel, where evening shirts and even coats are worn in a falsely unkempt way. Everything seems to be slipping off the shoulders. Optical illusion of the riding-coats, clavicles sublimated by leather-strapped dresses. The leather boots and bags are quieter but eminently desirable. Attitude and sex-appeal.
