Final Thoughts

DxO Photolab was already a Raw processor with the most advanced features. With this new version, they add a lot of improvements in the interface design, in the Metadata engine, and on the Control Points features. The most significant improvement is the Fuji X-Trans captors integration. It is a beta version and doesn't accept all the cameras, but it will improve in future updates. For me, the major update is the DxO Film pack 6. It comes with a lot of new film simulations. It is very fast and offers a lot of controls to adapt it perfectly to your images. I enjoy a lot the Timeline feature that presents presets from iconic pictures since 1985.

It is a must-have update.
