The Nige­rian fed­eral gov­ern­ment’s ad­journed court case against France’s To­tal is set to go ahead in July, with the gov­ern­ment seek­ing $245m in lost oil rev­enue. Abuja is su­ing To­tal and other ma­jor oil pro­duc­ers, say­ing they un­der-re­ported their oil ex­ports to the tune of al­most $12bn. The $69m case against US ma­jor Chevron is also due to restart in July.
