(35% Pinot Noir, 35% Meunier, 30% Chardonnay)

The nose is fruity, relatively gourmand and elegant. It reveals notes of raspberry, lemon and white fruit (pear, apple) associated with discreet notes of vine peach and a hint of cassis. The palate is fruity, fine, elegant and offers freshness, dynamism, roundness and an acid frame. The effervescence is fine and well conducted. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of lemon, peach, pear and fine notes of lemon associated with discreet notes of mandarin, lemon zest, as well as slight touches of of cherry and cassis. Good length.
