The palate is fruity, dynamic, well-built, straight, finely gourmand and offers a certain finesse, a good volume, tension and an acid frame. The effervescence is very fine and dynamic. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of raspberry, small red berries and slight notes of lime / yuzu associated with discreet notes of white fruit. Good length.
