Champagne Billecart-Salmon Brut Rosé

(40% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir, 30% Pinot Meunier.)

The nose is elegant, aromatic / fruity, fine and offers a creaminess sensation. It reveals notes of crème pâtissière, citrus (pink grapefruit) and a touch of lemon cream associated with slight notes of mandarin, a slight hints of flowers (in the background) as well as a discreet note of redcurrant and red fruits. The palate is fruity, elegant, quite creamy, quite gourmande and offers suavity and a fruity frame. The effervescence is creamy, elegant and delicate. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of pink grapefruit and slight notes of lemon, white fruits associated with discreet floral notes as well as slight touches of red fruit (especially raspberries) and a very discreet hint of lime. Good length.
