The nose is fruity, fresh and offers a fine minerality. It reveals notes of fresh raspberry, fleshy cherry and fine notes of white fruit associated with a hint of fresh lemon zest, fine notes of raspberry as well as a discreet hint of rose and beeswax. The palate is fruity, relatively fat and offers minerality, a small suavity and freshness. The effervesce­nce is fine, abundant and dynamic. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of fresh raspberry and fine notes of tangerine associated with a discreet note of citrus, cherry as well as a hint of yellow peach and a discreet touch of spice. Good length.
