Côtes du Jura

The nose is fruity and relatively fine. It reveals notes of honey, roasted almond and fruit in syrup (quince, lemon, pear) combined with slight notes of hazelnut as well as a few discreet notes of oak. The palate is fruity, gourmande, suave, well-balanced, relatively powerful and offers a fine / discreet acid frame (in the background) and a very discreet minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of apple caramel, hazelnut / cashew associated with slight notes of peanut and honey. Good length and persistence with notes of dried fruits, dried apricot and a discreet touch of pineapple dry.

imperceptible hint of warm prune. The palate is fruity, fine, mineral, relatively elegant and offers a fine freshness, suavity and fat. In mouth this wine expresses notes of quince, honey, candied fruit (pear, apple) associated with fine notes of dried fruit, hazelnut as well as discreet note of candied quince, candied lemon and a discreet hint of spice. Good length.
