Côtes du Jura

The nose is fruity, relatively full and relatively gourmand. It reveals notes of pear, peach compote and fine notes of quince associated with discreet notes of mandarin zest, lime and a (very) discreet note of beeswax. The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers freshness, fat and smoothness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of lemon, mandarin, pear and fine / discreet notes of grapefruit combined with notes of quince, beeswax and a very discreet note of oak. Good length.
