It reveals fine notes of menthol / anise / hawthorn, flowers and white fruits associated with discreet hints of yellow fruit, quince, beeswax and straw / hazelnut. The palate is fruity, mineral, unctuous, well-balanced, elegant, racy, fat and offers a good definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, straw and yellow fruit associated with fine notes of flowers and a discreet note of green apple skin and a touch of anise / herbs. Good length.
