(90% Sauvignon and 10% Semillon) The nose is aromatic. It reveals fine notes of lemon zest, ripe fruit (lemon, orange …) and exotic fruits associated with very fine / discreet notes of pine resine / pine needle as well as mineral notes (in the background) and a discreet oaky note. There are fine notes of eucalyptus after aeration. The palate is fruity and offers an acid frame (in the background), minerality, fat, harmony and roundness. There is a small acidity on the attack. On the palate this wine expresses notes of lemon zest and a hint of ripe peach, exotic fruits associated with discreet notes of mandarin, lemon, a hint of tangerine seed as well as discreet hints of salinity and a discreet hint of oak on the persistanc­e. Good length and persistenc­e.
