The nose is fruity, intense, aromatic and offers intensity. It reveals notes of cassis cream and notes of blackberry associated with fine touches of red fruit (berries …), liquorice stick as well as fine notes of wood, discreet notes of vanilla, nutmeg and slight notes of mocha / dark chocolate. The palate is fruity, well structured, relatively gourmand and offers tension, finesse and a nice acid / mineral frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, fine notes of red fruits, strawberry jam and touches of plum associated with slight notes of wood, sweet spices, chocolate, caramelization and a discreet note of hazelnut on the finish. Good length and good persistence.
