The nose is fruity. It reveals notes of cassis and boysenberry associated with a fine touch of blackberry and a discreet hint of Ceylon tea. The palate is fruity, sleek, well - balanced and offers fat and suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, cassis and a touch of boysenberry associated with a hint of black cherry, a discreet touch of prune, strawberry as well as a fine touch of liquorice (in the background). Tannins are well - built. Good length.
