The nose is fruity and offers concentrat­ion. It reveals notes of Quetsche plum jam, creme de cassis and fine notes of red fruit combined with hints of chocolate as well as slight notes of coffee and violet (in the background). The palate is fruity, concentrat­ed, relatively rich, relatively gourmand, a bit aerial and offers a good structure and an acid frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cassis, blackberry, plum and touches of blackberry cream associated with fine notes of cherry, small notes of crushed strawberry as well as fine touches of chocolate / cocoa, zan, discreet notes of cardamom, sweet spices and a hint of Bourbon vanilla. Good length and persistenc­e.

freshness, precision, a good structure, a beautiful harmony, juicy fruit and a silky matter. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, Quetsche plum and cassis associated with touches of raspberry cream, chocolate as well as slight touches of coffee, wood and a discreet hint of carameliza­tion. Tannins are fine and (very) slightly firm / young. Good length and beautiful persistenc­e with notes of grilled oak, coffee as well as touches of black fruits. The finish is relatively suave.
