The nose is fruity, well - defined, refined, relatively rich (well - balanced) and offers a beautiful finesse, subtlety and elegance. It reveals notes of violets, cassis, plum and slight notes of blackberry associated with discreet touches of minty licorice. The palate is fruity, gourmand, elegant, well - balanced and offers a fresh frame, a small acidity as well as a beautiful, silky and slightly unctuous matter. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, plums associated with fine touches of black cherry, sour cherry, cassis as well as fine / discreet touches of wood and a discreet toasted hint. Tannins are fine and elegant. Good length and persistenc­e with fine notes of coffee and cocoa / dark chocolate.
