The nose is fruity, powerful and juicy. It reveals notes of cassis, blackberry and small notes of juicy red berries associated with notes of raspberry, fine notes of spice, chocolate, oak as well as a hint of strawberry, blueberry, black pepper, black tea and liquorice. The palate is fruity, fat, well - balanced, well - structured, deep, quite elegant, relatively aerial and offers a mineral frame and fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, cassis and red fruit (strawberry, cherry) combined with touches of wild berries, oak, coffee as well as slight notes of liquorice and tea Ceylon. Tannins are fine and elegant. Good length.
