The nose is gourmand, elegant and relatively rich. It reveals notes of caramel associated with touches of preserved lemon, white fruit as well as a hint of almond and spices. The palate is fruity, gourmande, suave, round, relatively powerful and offers a nice fruity / acid frame and a beautiful matter. In the mouth this Armagnac expresses notes of caramel, crystalliz­ed lemon and slight notes of peach in syrup associated with touches of apple, a hint of dried fruit and a few very discreet woody notes.

The palate is fruity, fine, elegant, soft, well-balanced, well built, straight, suave, gourmand, relatively depth and offers a fine fresh frame, fat, a good structure and a nice definition. In the mouth this Armagnac expresses notes of citrus dried, roasted cocoa and a hint of coffee, apple, white fruit combined with a discreet note of pear, lychee as well as a fine notes of rose, oak, slight notes of spice and a hint of gray pepper. Good length and good persistenc­e. A powerful but perfectly balanced Armagnac !
