Cognac

The nose is fruity, fine and complex. It reveals notes of candied lemon, candied orange zest and a hint of peach associated with fine notes of pear in syrup, caramel, rancio, spices and a discreet hint of chocolate. The palate is fruity, fine, elegant, well-balanced and relatively gourmande. In the mouth this Cognac expresses notes of peach in syrup, pear and fine notes of citrus (orange, mandarin, lemon) associated with discreet notes of pâtisserie as well as a fine hint of apricot (discreet) and crème brulée. Good length.
