The nose is fruity, gourmand and exuberant. It reveals notes of caramel / crème brulée, Zante currants and dried citrus (lemon, mandarin) combined with slight notes of warm brioche, white fruit (pear) and spices. The palate is fruity, gourmande, round, fat, elegant, aerial, a bit smooth / fleshy and offers a good definition as well as a fine fresh frame. The matter is a bit less voluminous than on the Cuvée Organic. In the mouth this Cognac expresses notes of pear in syrup, crystallized lemon, praline / caramel, nectarine in syrup and spices associated with slight notes of tobacco and cedar. Good length and persistence.
