Fine Cognac

The nose is fruity, full, gourmand, elegant and precise. It reveals notes of dried peach, dried citrus and a touch of dried apricot associated with hints of lemon, a hint of pear as well as a discreet touch of ripe pineapple and fine notes of rancio. The palate is fruity, round, fat, fleshy, elegant, aerial, relatively gourmande and offers a nice volume, a nice roundness, harmony as well as a nice matter and an acid frame. In the mouth this Cognac expresses notes of jammy pear, candied citrus fruits (quince, a touch of lemon) and fine notes of mirabelle plum combined with hints of vanilla, praline, rancio, hazelnut and slight notes spices. Good length and (very nice and powerful) persistence.
