The nose is fruity, fine, relatively fat and a bit powerful. It reveals notes of yellow peach in syrup, pear and quince associated with slight notes of mirabelle plum, crème brulée as well as a discreet hint of cocoa and spices. The palate is fruity, relatively gourmande, well-balanced, elegant, suave and offers a nice finesse. In the mouth this Cognac expresses notes of pear in syrup, vine peach in syrup and fine notes of mirabelle plum associated with a discreet touch of apricot, candied lemon as well as slight notes of praline, spices and fine notes of cocoa on the finish. Good length and persistence. A harmonious Cognac. The persistence is suave.
