As we observe a work of art, a photograph, wine is a parenthesis and a journey through time, which belongs only to oneself and to those with whom we share it.

This is «only» wine and yet it generates so much emotion.

It is therefore at the same time a product of the Earth, a product of labor, and a creation, a form of expression and artistic interpretation ... therefore, very personal.

Like wine, our profession of winemaker is complex: we share between scientific theory (factual and implacable) and empiricism which constrains the observation of its environment and to listening to its soil.

Wine is a vector of civilization, of getting closer to one another; It is a hyphen.

In a word, wine is sharing!

What was your last wine emotion?

«Champagne Louis Roederer - Cristal 2009, Puligny Montrachet 1st Cru «Les Combettes» 2010 by Olivier Leflaive, Château Lafite Rothschild 1996, Château Pichon Longueville Comtesse de Lalande... And a special mention for a bottle of Champagne Deutz BSA drunk a few days ago with family, Christmas night, somewhere in the desert of Namibia.We were a few million: we four, some antelope, dunes and stars.
