The nose reveals notes of crushed plum and blueberry jelly associated with slight hints of cassis, raspberry jam as well as a hint of liquorice and a discreet hint of hawthorn. The palate is fruity and offers a beautiful suavity, gourmandize, harmony, roundness, a good volume, a slight acidity, a beautiful juiciness, fleshy, smooth as well as a mineral frame. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fleshy Quetsche plum, juicy blueberry and slight hints of strawberry jam associated with a discreet hint of liquorice and toasted oak/vanilla. Good persistence. A great wine!
