The nose is relatively elegant, intense and aromatic. It reveals notes of boysenberr­y, cassis and slight notes of red fruits, violet associated with small notes of spices, pepper (gray and black), woody notes as well as a discreet hint of bell pepper. The palate is fruity, fine, sleek, suave, fat and offers a good structure, a beautiful definition, a small aerial side, fat, a slight freshness as well as a beautiful racy minerality. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry and crushed cassis associated with slight notes of blueberry, crushed strawberry, cherry as well as hints of plum, cacao, vanilla, toasted oak and a discreet hint of zan. Tannins are fine and well-built. Good length and persistenc­e. There is a very discreet hint of bell pepper in the background/aftertaste.
