Le Margaux du Château de Malleret 2014

Margaux

-

The nose is fruity and racy. It reveals notes of cassis, violet and slight notes of blackberry, red berries associated with a discreet hint of red bell pepper as well as slight woody touch and touch of mocha/roasting. The palate is fruity, mineral, relatively silky and offers a slight acid frame. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry and black cherry associated with slight notes of cassis, discreet hints of cherry (in the background) as well as touch of toasted oak, roasting, mocha, zan and a very discreet/imperceptible hint of red bell pepper (in the background). Tannins are fine and well-built. Good length.
