The nose reveals notes of crushed blackberry and crushed Gariguette strawberry associated with slight notes of dark chocolate and a woody note. The palate is fruity, mineral, racy, relatively elegant and offers a mineral frame, a good volume and fat. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry, plum and black cherry associated with slight notes of wild strawberry, raspberry, toasted oak as well as a discreet note of sweet spices/vanilla, roasting and a hint of caramelization. Tannins are fine and a bit dry. Good length and persistence.
