The nose is fruity, fine, elegant, beautifuly gourmand and offers richness. It reveals notes of blackberry cream, blueberry and fine notes of sour cherry, raspberry associated with slight hints of licorice, violet as well as slight hints of spices and a discreet hint of cardamon. The mouth is fruity, fresh, fine, fluid, quite gourmande and offers a very nice definition, an acid frame, fat, a lot of finesse, depthness, a nice silky matter as well as juicy / crunchy fruits. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, crunchy blueberry and crunchy wild strawberries combined with discreet hints of licorice as well as fine chocolate / toasted hints, a very fine hint of salinity and a discreet hint of cardamon. Tannins are fine and well built. Good length. The finish is persistent and suave.
