Pauillac

-

The nose is aromatic, quite powerful and relatively elegant. It reveals notes of grilled oak, cassis and slight notes of small red fruits associated with slight touches of spices as well as a very discreet hint of gray pepper and a flinty hint. The palate is fruity, fine, sleek and offers freshness, an acid frame as well as minerality. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, cassis and slight hints of plum, black cherry, raspberry associated with hints of toasted oak, grilled as well as discreet notes of zan and a hint of tobacco. There is a slight hint of colas and dark chocolate on the persistence.
