Pomerol

-

The nose reveals fine notes of wood / oak, Boysenberry, cassis, raspberry, red berries and a discreet hint of toasted bread associated with discreet hints of spices, tobacco as well as an imperceptible hint of gray pepper and a hint of zan. The palate is fruity, mineral, racy, fine, quite precise, relatively elegant, quite gourmande and offers an acid frame. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of raspberry cream, blackberry and slight notes of liquorice, toasted wood, tobacco as well as discreet notes of chocolate. Tannins are fine and well-built. Good length. There is a slight hint of liquorice on the persistence.
