Moulin à Vent

-

The nose is fruity. It reveals notes of cherry cream and slight notes of raspberry, plum associated with a touch of blackberry as well as a discreet hint of flowers, toasted and a discreet hint of chocolate. The palate is fruity, mineral, silky, well-balanced and offers a slight tension, a small aerial side as well as an acid frame. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of cherry associated with slight notes of redcurrant, raspberry, black cherry as well as a hint of plum and a touch of liquorice. Good length.
