Douro

The nose is aromatic. It reveals notes of bell pepper and eucalyptus associated with a hint of olive tree, blackberry as well as slight notes of caramelized oak and mocha. The palate is fruity, fine, sleek, a bit silky and offers a mineral frame, a slight acidity, fat as well as a good volume. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blueberry jelly, cassis jam and slight notes of raspberry associated with a hint of redcurrant, graphite as well as slight notes of chocolate, zan and toasted oak. Tannins are well-built. Good length.
