The nose is fruity and elegant. It reveals notes of blackberry, small black berries and touches of redcurrant, raspberry associated with slight touches of gray pepper, black olive as well as a hint of undergrowth, a few discreet woody hints and a discreet hint of flowers. The wine needs to be served in carafe. It needs time to open. The palate is fruity, mineral, fluid, suave, fat, relatively gourmande and offers a silky matter and a good definition. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry, small black berries and slight notes of redcurrant, raspberry associated with hints of mocha, a slight hint of gray pepper as well as fine touches of grilled oak / coffee. Tannins are slightly dry. Good length.
