The nose is aromatic, elegant and slightly gourmand. It reveals notes of blackberry cream and slight notes of plum, redcurrant combined with discreet hints of Sichuan pepper, spices, dark chocolate and a very discreet hint of caramelization. The mouth is fruity, fine, fluid, mineral, suave and offers a nice definition / expression, a fine tension, finesse and a beautiful juiciness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, plum and slight touches of blueberry, strawberry, racy minerality associated with discreet hints of toasted / caramelized oak and a discreet tonka bean / dark chocolate.
