Calvados

Margaret River

-

The nose reveals slight notes of white fruits (apple, hint of white peach) associated with slight touches of vanilla as well as a discreet hint of toasted/buttered as well as an imperceptible hint of fresh lemon (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced, fresh, mineral, elegant, well-defined and offers a slight tension. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of apple, pear and slight hints of vine peach associated with slight hints of flint as well as a subtle hint of quince and lemon zests. Good length.
