Moscato d’Asti

-

The nose is fruity, aromatic, elegant and quite fine. It reveals notes of candied green lemon, yuzu and flowers (honeysuckle, orange blossom) associated with a discreet hint of crushed green apple as well as a very discreet hint of spice (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced, elegant, straight and offers finesse as well as straightness. The effervescence is elegant, fine and relatively bright. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of quince, candied lemon and slight notes of apricot associated with touches of crystallized mirabelle, Granny Smith apple as well as slight touches of flowers and an imperceptible hint of Tangerine (in the background). Good length. Beautiful gourmande and suave persistence.
