The nose is fruity, racy, straight and offers a certain power (but without exuberance). It reveals slight notes of ripe wild small black berries, sungorged fruits and slight notes of redcurrant, wild strawberry associated with slight/discreet notes of licorice, saline minerality as well as a discreet/ subtle hint of pepper. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced, round and offers a nice fat/suavity, tension, salinity as well as a slight acid frame. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of ripe wild red fruits (raspberry, redcurrant) associated with slight notes of wild blackberry as well as slight/ very discreet notes of licorice and a hint of olive. Tannins are fine and a bit dry. Good length and persistence on slight touches of vanilla/sweet spices as well as on a very discreet note of caramelization.
