Crémant d’Alsace

The nose is aromatic, fresh and offers a fine complexity as well as elegance. It reveals fine notes of apple and a discreet hint of eggs cream, lemon associated with a subtle hint of pear as well as a slight hint of brioche and a very discreet woody hint (in the background). The palate is fruity, elegant, well-balanced and offers tension, precision, a fine acid frame, suavity, finesse and roundness. The effervescence offers fine bubbles that burst delicately. On the palate, this Crémant expresses notes of ripe white peach, apple and a discreet hint of lemon associated with a subtle hint of quenette, brioche / toasted hint as well as a discreet hint of exotic fruits and small sun-gorged fruits.

Good length and persistence.
