Crémant d’Alsace

-

The nose is fresh, fruity and offers a fine intensity. It reveals fine notes of raspberry and pear associated with slight notes of fresh nectarine skin, flowers as well as a discreet hint of lemon/lemon cream, cherry and a subtle hint of flower. The mouth is fruity (nice fruits!), juicy, well-balanced, relatively/finely powerful and offers fat, a discreet cremosity, gourmandise and a fine complexity. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of raspberry and lemon associated with slight notes of white peach as well as a hint of lychee and a discreet hint of green almond. Good length.
