Focus on white wines : good maturity and fat !

Perhaps the color that does not work well but be careful not to make generality! Overall the white wines offer great ripeness on the fruit, a lot of fat, good structures that can easily withstand a classic vinification but with perhaps a little lack of freshness / acidity. There are still some great successes to note such as Domaine de Chevalier, Château de Reignac, La Grande Clotte, Alto de Cantenac Brown…
