The wine is very cultural. I’m from Bordeaux by birth. My family has always lived in this universe. My grandfather and father were cellar masters. Wine is a passion that has been in me for a long time.I started collecting and bottling wine as early as 16/17. I have very eclectic tastes. I like to discover and taste wines from everywhere, from all regions, from all countries.This open-mindedness is surely also due to my journey, my history.I have made wine in the four corners of the world, in China, in Australia, in Morocco… I love many grape varieties from the South, from Provence such as the Rolle or the Syrah.

My last great emotion was a tasting at Meursault, in Burgundy.We tasted the same grape variety on different terroirs interpreted by the same winemaker…We really felt the magic of the terroirs.Later I had the chance to repeat this type of tasting but in Alsace, at Paul Blanck… it was wonderful.
