The nose is fruity, fresh, fine and well-balanced. It reveals notes of quince, honey and a slight notes of peach associated with a discreet note of apple as well as a hint of yellow peach in syrup. The palate is fruity, elegant, well-balanced, luminous and offers a beautiful minerality, a nice balance, dynamism, gourmandise as well as a slight acid frame. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of candied lemon, candied clementine and pineapple in syrup associated with a hint of crystallized lemon, vine peach and a hint of Granny Smith apple on the persistence.
