The nose is fruity, elegant and offers a slight concentration. It reveals notes of flint and slight notes of apple associated with a discreet hint of quince as well as subtle touches of citrus and an imperceptible hint of flowers. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, suave and offers a slight minerality, fat, a slight acidity, gourmandise, a slight tension, an aerial side as well as a slight mineral frame (racy minerality). In the mouth this wine expresses notes of apple, small yellow stone fruits and slight notes of quince, lemon associated with a very discreet hint of lemon zests as well as a subtle hint of toasted. Good length.
