Champagne Paul Goerg Vintage 2007 - Premier Cru - Brut

The nose is fresh and slightly racy. It reveals slight notes of lemon cream and fresh apple associated with a discreet hint of fresh Williams pear (in the background) as well as a slight hints of limestone. The palate is fresh, well-built, well-balanced, racy (terroir/limestone) and offers fat, a slight straightness as well as a slight acid frame, notes of lemon and fresh peach associated with slight notes of fresh lemon, fresh green lemon as well as slight touches of fresh apple and hints of limestone. Good length.
