Champagne Xavier Alexandre Blanc de Blanc 2009 - Brut
The nose is fresh and offers a slight creaminess as well as a slight gourmandise. It reveals slight notes of lemon cream and crushed peach associated with discreet hints of apple, beeswax as well as a very discreet touch of nutmeg. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, well-built and offers a slight acid frame, a slight fat and a slight aerial side. The effervescence is fine and well-built. In the mouth this Champagne expresses slight notes of lemon and fresh yellow peach associated with discreet hints of fresh grapefruit as well as a hint of apple. Good length. The finish is slightly gourmande.
