The nose is aromatic and fine. It reveals slight notes of pear and fresh nectarine associated with slight hints of beeswax as well as a subtle hint of dried peach and a discreet hint of gingerbrea­d. The palate is fruity, wellbalanc­ed and offers gourmandis­e, suavity, fat, a slight deepness/richness as well as a slight acid frame. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of fresh vine peach, fresh pear and slight notes of lemon associated with hints of egg cream, beeswax as well as discreet hints of quince and cardamom/spices. Good length.
